Looking for 1 x single expat professional to help share the rent in a very homely and spacious top floor of a four story apartment in Novena.
The room is VERY VERY LARGE (photos do not do it justice). Larger than the typical master bedroom you would get in a new condo – (22sqm). There is really A LOT of space!! No couples. For single person only.
So if you are after lots of room space and lots of living space, a nice balcony, like your privacy, don't want to be squeezed into living with hundreds of random people in a condo, squeezed into a tiny room then this place is for you.
The room has two nice big windows so the room get's lots of beautiful light and you'll have your own private bathroom. Everything is fully furnished: queen size bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, wall lamp, dressing mirror, coat hanger, air con, wifi, ceiling fan and has very nice high ceilings.
You will be sharing with an expats from Australia and Poland working in architecture & advertising. We are creative people, easy going and social, like to go out for drinks, hang with friends, keep tidy, stay respectful to flat mates and like to throw a relaxed party now and then, you of course can have friends around.
We have some very nice neighbours (total of 6 units in the apartment - all expats mostly working in advertising).
The living room is very homely with two comfy sofas, TV (with netflix) and attached balcony. There's a washer, dryer, cooker, fridge, iron, all kitchen utensils. Parking is available if you need but you will have to pay the landlord extra.
Extra $90 - $110 per month on bills (we split it 3 ways).
Novena is on the red line and is a really nice area to live.
6min walk to Novena MRT, 2min walk to Velocity Mall, 2min walk to United Square Mall and 1min walk to bustops on Newton Road that takes you into Orchard Road, Bugis, Chimes, Raffles Place and CBD area.
